With us sourcing the best ingredients, doing all of the preparation and cooking, packing and delivering your chosen menu to your door, all that’s left for you to do is pick your guestlist, set the table, light the candles and pour the drinks before finishing and presenting your dishes.
UBChef menus change weekly and you have four weeks of advance menus to choose from. There’s no need to feel nervous about completing the cooking and presenting your meals as you can watch Robert via a video link as he talks you through all of the recipes. There are also step by step instructions included to follow and all of the dish elements arrive with storage instructions.

Quickly progressing from a young apprentice, he pushed everything and at 23 years old found himself as head chef with 1 Michelin Star.
An opportunity took him to the Isle of Wight in Summer 2007, 4 months later Michelin rewarded his move with 1 Michelin Star and more awards followed. Fast forward and he now has his own restaurant in the market town of Newport which he has run for the past 5 years. In addition Robert has launched UBChef which gives guests the chance to order from his menus across the UK.
A champion of Isle of Wight produce, he has firmly cemented himself in the Island’s food scene and relishes the chance to get out, explore and forage on the beautiful Island.
